  25.  Lastly, this is a Visual Basic run-time control, and
  26.  should go in WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory.

  29.  An additionally required file is the Visual Basic 3.0
  30.  run-time library, which should also go in WINDOWS\SYSTEM 
  31.  subdirectory.  Obtain this from any bulletin board.

  37.  however an "Unregistered Version" reminder is
  38.  displayed in the Windows title bar until you 
  39.  modify your ADDER.INI file with a proper
  40.  Registry number.
